Gestimer is notification reminder software that has been created especially for the Mac. The software comes with a clean and attractive interface and promises to be simple enough for even novice software users to get to grips with.
Remember the Time
As promised, Gestimer is very easy to make use of. Users simply need to write the title of the notification that they wish to set and the allotted time. The notification then sits on the bottom task bar until the allotted time when a brief beep will sound. Users can set as many notifications as they wish and delete them or modify the notifications any time that they choose so that they will never miss the time for a task again, at least in theory.
Short and Sweet
Mac users who find that they need a little extra help keeping track of their tasks and remembering to do certain things may well want to take a look at Gestimer. However, it should be noted that the notification sound is very short and people who are away from their Mac for even a couple of seconds when the timer goes off are likely to miss it, which limits the usefulness of the software.
